Creating Strategic Voting Communities
America Forward is a membership-based movement to reclaim America from the collapse of the Republican Party into a faux grievance-fueled cult of bigotry, misogyny and racism. Every day brings another level to the stupidity, hatred or corruption of the President, yet the Republicans in Congress do nothing to contain it. The Republican Party can never be entrusted with the nation's highest office again, and the Democratic Party needs pressure from the left to reform from corporate control to better serve the interests of the people. America Forward creates new housing/voting communities to end Republican presidential ambitions forever.
Red Tail Legacy Partners, LLC ("RTL") will partner with others to build voting communities in swing states, to ensure that within a decade no Republican/MAGA presidential candidate can ever again win 270 electoral college votes and the presidency. The Constitution was designed to empower small states, which, over time through "the accident of internal migration" small state voters are older, whiter, and more conservative than the nation as a whole -- especially our youngest generations, which are the most diverse in American history. Small numbers of new voters in a handful of states win the presidency, and winning states for the presidency has implications for Senate control (e.g., Georgia in 2020 and Ohio in 2024). Strategically located America Forward voting blocs give the left the Constitutional power to nominate and confirm federal judges, securing policy stability for the left forever.
America Forward Communities
While all ages are welcome, these America Forward communities will primarily target younger progressives (ages 20 - 35) and will be resource-rich, with career counseling and other work supports to help residents build themselves into well-paying careers they love. They will also support the civic and social engagement of peers around shared interests. RTL will create all the career advancement and socialization supports of college -- but without the crippling college debt. Our residents will do well for themselves as they are doing good for the nation.
This is a grassroots movement, building from the realities of the Constitutional design and free market activity. In commercial real estate (e.g. ,rental housing development) it is not the wealthy developer who has power: it is the rent payer who has power as nothing can get financed without a source of revenue to repay debt. But we need to organize this potential power of progressive renters into real power to make it work for our younger Americans and the nation. To build this potential power into real power and build this grassroots effort, RTL is now building a network of left-of-center and progressive supporters who can reach out to and help activate progressive communities across the nation.

RTL is building a network of people who can communicate to their friends and within their progressive networks the announcement of our demonstration project -- expected to be announced in late 2026. This will help to find members -- those left-of-center young adults who may be interested in moving to advance in their careers, build their families, and save the nation from the ugly right-wing radicalism infecting the nation today. Having a database of America First members -- young progressives potentially willing to move into this concept -- secures the for-profit real estate developers' interest and commitment.
